Mary Hoover Drucker is a project manager at FIRST Agency with 10+ years of travel and tourism management. Specializing in corporate event planning for financial institutions (Goldman Sachs is my current account and I prevously was on the Morgan Stanley account) and cosmetic companies (Estee Lauder was a previous account). Mary uses that experience to work cross-functionally with all levels of stakeholders in an extremely fast-paced environment. She is responsible for full life cycle planning and execution of all aspects of multiple key corporate events, in both in-person and virtual capacities, ranging in audience sizes of up to 3,000 and budgets of up to $12M. In addition, she manages all vendors involved including hotels, caterers, and virtual technology in addition to handling event logistics such as attendee registration, marketing and communications, transportation, and travel. Mary loves curating fully custom events that leave lasting impressions on all clients.
When she’s not working, you can find Mary either on a beach or on the ski slopes. If not traveling, she loves spending time with her French Bulldog, Winnie. She also enjoys trying out new restaurants with friends and family. Mary attended Clemson University – Go Tigers! and studied Travel and Toursim Management and Business Adminsitration. She grew up in Haddonfield, NJ.
